In this spirit, we have designed our Refund and Cancellation Policy with clarity and fairness in mind. We encourage you to read the following terms carefully before applying for a refund, as they outline how the process works and under what circumstances refunds are provided.
1. Right to Cancel or Reschedule
Supreme Trainer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Live Online Training Course due to unavoidable reasons such as:
- Insufficient registrations
- Speaker unavailability on the scheduled dates
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., technical failures, emergencies, or unforeseen events)
2. Notification of Changes
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, all registered attendees will be notified at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the session.
3. Refunds for Course Cancellations
If Supreme Trainer cancels a training course:
- A full refund will be issued to all attendees within 5-7 business days.
- Attendees may choose to transfer their registration to an alternative live training course of equal value.
- The decision to accept a refund or an alternative session always rests with the customer.
4. Substitutions
If a registered attendee is unable to attend the training, they may nominate a colleague to attend in their place. This substitution must be communicated to Course Ministry before the session begins.
5.Refunds Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (Paypal,Stripe, All major Debit & Credit Cards). - For any refund delays beyond 7 days, customers can contact support@supremetrainer.com for assistance.
6. How Customers Can Initiate Returns/Refunds
- Customers can initiate a refund by sending an email to support@supremetrainer.com with:
- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Order ID / Payment Reference
- Reason for requesting refund
- The support team will respond within 1 business days and guide the customer through verification and refund steps.
7. Relevant Conditions to Qualify for a Refund/Return
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds are not applicable for recorded or downloadable courses (as access is granted instantly).
- Refunds are approved only if:
- There is a verified technical issue preventing access.
- The event/course is cancelled by Supreme Trainer
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Failure to attend the live online training course without prior notice.
- Exiting or leaving a session midway after logging in.
- Technical issues arising at the customer’s end (e.g., poor internet connectivity, hardware/software problems).
- Failure to receive course access or joining instructions due to issues such as email bounce or firewall restrictions.
- Tip: We strongly recommend providing an alternative email address to avoid such problems.
- Purchases of recorded versions of training courses are strictly non-refundable.
